Hey. So, I’ve been a bit uninspired lately. I have a small notebook with blog post ideas written in it, but as I look back at them now, they don’t seem too inspired. I think the whole direction of how I want my blog to go is just not the direction my blog is following. I think the root of it is the seemingly lack of original content. Granted, all of my writings original and mine, but as far as images go, I just take them from Pinterest or Tumblr and give credit. And lately, I’m starting to think that I’ll benefit a lot more if I started creating that content that I’m simply taking and linking credit. I feel like that would be more me and just a lot more personal.
So, I think it’s about that time that I revamp the blog…sort of. I already made the new layout, so I keep that, but just the way I post things will change. I think I’m going to get rid of the postings of the individual songs. I started that to just share songs that I love that are about love, but it seems a bit redundant now that I’ve discovered making and sharing playlists online. So expect to see more playlists rather than single songs.
More original photos to come. Maybe this will get me to walk around with my camera now, more than I already do. Maybe it’ll also get me to go out more often. I should get into the habit of sharing my art as I make it. I’ve always intended on doing that, but I often forget once I’ve finished making my art piece. I probably just need a reminder process of sorts.
Anyway, this is the end of my rant. I will be more original and therefore more creative and thus more inspired?
